Black-tie optional. Think formal attire for an outdoor affair. Suggested: Suits, cocktail dresses, or long dresses. But most of all, be comfortable! (And maybe skip the stilettos, as part of the event will be on the grass.)

We will have a variety of menu options, including vegetarian. Please email info@savannahtree.org if you have additional restrictions or allergies.

Street parking is available along several streets near Tiedeman Park. A designated rideshare location will be at the east corner of East 46th Street and Atlantic Avenue. We encourage carpooling to the event–a great way to go green!

Not only is Savannah Tree Foundation dedicated to growing a greener future, literally, we also strive to adopt “greener” practices in everything we do, including any events we host. Our vision is to host a formal gala dinner using as many environmentally responsible methods and materials as we can, including:

– Compostable and recyclable dinnerware, where possible

– Sustainably-sourced menu

– Food scraps will be composted with COR Compost

– Glass bottles will be recycled with Lammergeier Glass Recycling

– Invitations printed on recycled paper

– Online ticketing and check-in

– Online silent auction to eliminate paper waste

Last year, we produced only 4 trash bags-worth of landfill waste for the entire event!

No, you do not have to bring a printed ticket to the event. We will have a record of your ticket purchase and your guests.

Any ticket cost or sponsorship in excess of $175 per guest is tax-deductible. Thank you for your support!
